Out With The Old, In With The New

Just last summer, I had a house.

My house had gardens....

.....several gardens.

It also had a variety of containers with veggies.....

.....yummy veggies.

Plus a container water garden...

....and even some beautiful wildflowers. I also had a garden blog, "Millertime"-since 2006. But the economy took an awful turn, and I lost my job. After nearly two full years of searching, I finally found worthwhile full-time employment....the only catch is that it's over 300 miles away from my home and gardens. The story isn't all bad-I still own the house and gardens....

.....but now I have a small apartment where the bulk of my time will be spent. And until/unless the economy recovers and jobs near my home become available....

.....all I will have that even resembles a full time garden will be houseplants.

But don't cry for me Argentina-I'm preparing to embark on a new blog filled with lots of crazy adventures in houseplants, indoor seed starting in a small space, and some patio veggie trials.

Let's get this party started!
